Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use materials during the course enrollment period
• Download materials for offline study (where permitted)

This license does not permit:

• Commercial use or resale of materials
• Distribution to non-enrolled individuals

• Employment or promotion upon course completion
• Specific salary increases or career advancement
• Acceptance of certifications by all employers or institutions

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALPHA VISION 21 LTD, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Your conduct in connection with our services

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Requests by law enforcement

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services ceases immediately
• You must cease all use of course materials
• Any fees paid are non-refundable (subject to our refund policy)
